What type of books do you make? 
The sky is the limit! Whatever story you would like to tell, I can design a book for you! Your brother's graduation? Your best friend's baby shower? Your dog's puppy years? Yes! Everything from monumental life events to things like school yearbooks, sports seasons, the story of a lost tooth, and more! Whatever story you want to tell can be told with StoryBook Designs! 

Can the books be varying sizes? 
Yes, although typically the books I create are 12x12 or 8x8 square books. I can also design 8x10 landscape or portrait books. Any size can be accommodated to meet your needs.  


What is the turn-around time for a traditional book?
It really depends on the size of the book, amounts of pictures and text as well as current workload. The estimated time to complete your project would be included in your estimate. If you need it in a hurry, it may be possible to accommodate for a premium fee. (That fee pays the price of me sleeping less and shirking my household chores to get your project finished faster. ;) )


Can I consult with you over the phone about the book? 
Yes, we will email initially, and once you have hired me, I will give you my phone number. 

Once you have started my project, will I be allowed to see any previews to see if I am liking what you are doing? 
Yes, I will email you a sampling of pages once I have begun the project. You will be permitted at that time to answer a few questions about your satisfaction thus far. I will make any modifications to style as requested at that time. Once that has passed, no further changes may be made due to the time and labor intensive nature of the project.

How much will it cost to turn my blog into a book?

I charge $200 for the first 50 pages and $2 for each additional page.  Your final bill will not be more than $40 more than my original estimate. If I underestimated the number of pages by more than 20, I will absorb those costs. If I overestimated the cost, your final bill will be lower.

How long will it take to get a book into my hands?

Most Blog to Book projects take a few months due to the time consuming nature of the project.

I don't live in Kansas. Can you still design a book for me?

Yes, all books will be shipped to you regardless of your location.

I just started blogging. Can you design my book as I blog?

Yes.

I've been blogging for years. Do you give a discount for multiple years?

Yes! And there is a discount for multiple books ordered!

Why would I order multiple copies* of the same book?

As gifts - remember this is a story you are telling!! * Additional copies are half price!!!!!
