___ I agree to pay StoryBook Designs for the service of transforming my memories, stories, and digital photographs into a coffee-table style photobook.
___ I understand that if the estimated price is (up to) 20 pages less than the actual page count, I agree to pay for up to 20 more pages. After that - StoryBook Designs absorbs the cost for additional pages.
___ I understand that every effort is made to correct spelling and grammar errors that appear on my blog, but StoryBook Designs makes no guarantees that all mistakes will be corrected.
___ I give StoryBook Designs permission to use information from my StoryBook and my blog book for advertising purposes. (If the book is a gift StoryBook Designs will wait to make the book public until after the recipient receives the book.)
___ I give StoryBook Designs permission to use my feedback about the book on the website as promotional material.
